A Conversation, Not a Circular
Who we are
when no one
is watching.
A few minutes on the things that hold a company together — long after the machines are switched off.
01
A company is not its machines.
It is its people — and how
they treat each other.
We build wiring harnesses. But the thing we are really building, every single day, is each other.
02
Before we begin
This isn't about rules.
It's about the place we
want to walk into
every morning.
Nobody here needs to be policed. We already know what good looks like. Today we simply agree to live it — together, out loud, on purpose.
03
Four things that hold us together
- Respect — for every person, every time.
- One Family — one team, one flag, no rivals inside the house.
- Presence — when you are here, be fully here.
- Trust — communicate openly, protect what's ours.
Everything else grows from these four.
Pillar One
01
Respect is
non-negotiable.
It costs nothing. It changes everything.
Pillar One · Respect
What it looks like here
- We call each other by name — never by caste, region, or race. If a colleague says they dislike a nickname, that is the end of it.
- Our language stays clean — always, and never less so in front of our women colleagues.
- Every colleague is "Sir" or "Ma'am" — every one, regardless of role or gender. Seniors set this tone first.
- We speak to people, never about them — not to their face, not behind their back.
Pillar One · Respect
Dignity is the one
thing we can give
each other for free —
so we never run short.
Pillar Two
02
We are
one family.
The same badge. The same flag. No opponents inside our own house.
Pillar Two · One Family
What it looks like here
- "Not my job" are three words that quietly break a company. If a colleague is stuck, we help — whoever's task it is.
- "Not your concern" has no place here. When a colleague asks, they get a real answer.
- SMD and WH Delhi are not rivals. They wear the same badge we do. We win as one, or not at all.
- We talk to people, not about them. Gossip is a slow leak that sinks the whole boat.
Pillar Two · One Family
Alone we finish a task.
Together we build
a company.
Pillar Three
03
Own your
presence.
When you are here, be fully here.
Pillar Three · Presence
What it looks like here
- Your seat is your post. A colleague should always be able to find you when they need you.
- Work hours belong to the work. The phone for personal use can wait for the break.
- How we sit, how we carry ourselves — it speaks before we do. We show up like professionals.
- Hand over clean. Don't pass a problem to the next shift — pass clarity.
Pillar Three · Presence
Character is what you do
when no one senior
is in the room.
Authority is borrowed responsibility — never a personal privilege. Not when the Plant Head is away. Not at the gate. Not ever.
Pillar Four
04
Communicate
with trust.
Be reachable. Be clear. Be discreet.
Pillar Four · Trust
What it looks like here
- A message left unseen is a colleague left waiting. We acknowledge — even a single word closes the loop.
- But the group is not a notebook. Not every small thing belongs to everyone. Right message, right channel.
- What is inside the company stays inside — supplier data, customer complaints, pricing. That trust is ours to protect.
04
It's never the big things
A culture is built
from a hundred
small moments.
a greeting returned
a message acknowledged
a name said with respect
a hand offered, unasked
an honest answer
a clean handover
a word kept clean
05
Imagine the company we become
A place people are
proud to belong to —
and reluctant
to leave.
That company is not given to us. We build it ourselves, one choice at a time.
Ishman Components LLP
It starts now
It starts
with you
and me.
Respect. One family. Presence. Trust.
Four words. One team. Starting today.
