🔄 REFRESH → डैशबोर्ड तैयार → Exceptions में हर रुके/अधूरे JC का कारण चुनें →
➡ CARRY FORWARD → Manager 🗄 CLOSE WEEK → मीटिंग में प्रेज़ेंट करें।
📥 PULL के बाद टेबल अपने आप भर जाती है — JC नंबर, प्रोडक्ट, लाइन, तारीख, मात्रा, ₹ सब पहले से भरा।
After PULL the table fills itself from the PPC sheet. You type nothing to create the plan.
हर लाइन पर सिर्फ 2 चीज़ें देखें:
Use? — Yes → अगर यह JC इस हफ्ते नहीं लेना है तो No चुनें।
Material — तैयार / Ready → स्टोर की "Good to go" से अपने आप भरता है; गलत लगे तो बदलें।
Per row: Use? Yes/No, and verify the Material status (auto-filled from the store's confirmation).
लाल चेतावनी = एक ही JC दो बार। एक हटाएँ, वरना Freeze नहीं होगा।
Red warning = duplicate JC. Remove one, or Freeze will refuse with the row number.
Manager 🔒 FREEZE दबाते हैं — अब यह हफ्ते का वादा है। इसके बाद प्लान बदलेगा तो सिस्टम पूछेगा "क्यों?"
Manager freezes. This is now the week's commitment — any later change must be justified.
सुबह 9:10–9:30 (PPC + Purchase): 🌅 CLOSE YESTERDAY दबाएँ।
कल का फाइनल उत्पादन बनता है — रात के ओवरटाइम समेत। कोई दिन छूट गया हो तो सिस्टम
तारीख-वार हिसाब देता है (pcs और ₹ दोनों)। नियम याद रखें: 4 बजे का नंबर कच्चा, सुबह का नंबर पक्का।
Morning meeting: press CLOSE YESTERDAY — yesterday's FINAL figure including overtime.
Skipped days come back day-wise (pcs + ₹). The rule: the 4pm number is provisional; the morning number is final.
शाम 4 बजे (PPC + Purchase): पहले PPC शीट अपडेट करें — आज का उत्पादन, स्थिति,
और कल/परसों का प्लान — फिर ☀ DAILY SYNC दबाएँ (आज का "ab tak" आँकड़ा)।
Evening meeting: update the PPC sheet (today's progress + tomorrow / day-after plan), then press Daily Sync.
माल की जाँच (store gate): सुबह का बटन आज के JC जाँचता है, शाम का बटन कल के।
"Good to go" न लिखा हो तो सिस्टम पूछेगा — Bypass चलेगा, पर रजिस्टर में दर्ज होगा।
The morning button gates TODAY's material, the evening button gates tomorrow's. Bypass works — and is logged.
फर्क (Deviation) अपने आप पकड़े जाते हैं — नया JC जुड़ा, मात्रा बदली, तारीख हिली, JC रद्द, शुरू नहीं हुआ।
हर एक के लिए Deviations टैब में कारण + परिणाम + ज़िम्मेदार चुनें।
Every deviation from the frozen plan needs a reason + consequence + owner — all dropdowns, no typing.

🔄 REFRESH दबाएँ — डैशबोर्ड हफ्ते का पूरा हिसाब दिखाता है: वादा बनाम असल।
Refresh compares the week's actuals against the FROZEN promise.
Exceptions टैब खोलें — जो JC पीछे/रुके/अधूरे रहे, वे पहले से लिस्ट में हैं (ग्रे हिस्सा अपने आप भरा)।
आपका काम: पीले खानों में कारण चुनें — जैसे "SUP-01 · सप्लायर ने डिलीवरी डेट मिस की"।
Problem JCs are already listed. Your job: pick the reason from one dropdown. Hints are pre-filled.
➡ CARRY FORWARD — अधूरे JC अगले हफ्ते में अपने आप चले जाते हैं (रद्द और Short-Closed नहीं जाते)।
Unfinished JCs move to next week automatically. Cancelled and Short-Closed never carry.
मीटिंग में: डैशबोर्ड/डेक खोलें और पढ़ें। तथ्य बोलें, इल्ज़ाम नहीं —
"टर्मिनल मंगलवार का वादा था, शुक्रवार आया, तीन दिन लेट; बाकी उत्पादन इस हफ्ते प्लान है।"
